In Ghana , the pre recruitment continues at the same time as the work of the field at the Academy , and it is in the Eastern Region that I went to see new children .
This is Peter , the maintenance officer of the Academy , a native of this region , which organized the two days of pre recruitment .
Kade , Nkwankwa , Anyimam , Akwatia and Asamamkese , are the five cities that have welcomed me warmly for rallies , allowing us to see 420 children in total.
The grounds were about average for the land of small African town, but the quality demonstrated by the young players was a satisfactory level, sometimes even surprising. Tired during the first day, I enjoyed the accommodation, very simple, but very quiet and with all the comfort to be able to recover well after a dinner in a nice place.
The second day confirmed the level of children seen the day before, so I selected 19 of the 420 children seen in two days, I see her again soon.
On behalf of the Academy of Ghana, I thank Peter and all those who have these gatherings, coaches and children.
As always the atmosphere was very good and with a huge desire to present children to do well.
Encouragement around the various sites gave a festive atmosphere, and reminding that football is above all a game, synonymous with FUN.
